Cai Owen (Midfielder): Cai was signed from Rhyl in January 2020 and made his debut
against Ruthin Town in the curtailed 2019/20 season. Up to the start of the 2024/25
campaign, the versatile player has scored six goals in 96 appearances for the Seagulls in two
spells in between a short stay at Caernarfon after the Cymru North season was cancelled
due to Covid-19.
During the Bay’s Cymru North title winning season in 2022/23 Cai won the
JD Cymru North player of the month award for February 2023 after some impressive
performances. He came through Bangor City’s academy, making his senior debut at 16
under Neville Powell, before moving to Llandudno. He then joined Rhyl on loan in 2018
before making a permanent move and being voted Supporters Player of the Year at the end
