ANTHONY POOLE scored the only goal of the game to give unbeaten Colwyn Bay Reserves a 1-0 home victory over Ruthin Town Reserves in the FAW Reserve League North.
The goal came after 21 minutes with Max McGoona providing the assist, and although the young Seagulls couldn’t add any further goals, it proved enough to secure the three points and lift them into second place in the table – two points behind leaders Llandudno Reserves, with five wins and a draw from their six games played.
