COLWYN Bay go into the Christmas schedule three points clear at the top of the JD Cymru North.

The Seagulls remain top despite a frustrating time of late in which two of their last three games were postponed.

Steve Evans’ side travel to Ruthin Town on Tuesday, 27 December and face a side they have beaten twice this season.

Bay won 2-1 in a WBS League Cup tie at the Memorial Grounds in September before a 4-1 league win at the 4 Crosses Construction Arena in October.

But the Bay’s last league visit to Ruthin saw them lose 4-2 a year ago.

Bay host Guilsfield at the 4 Crosses Arena on Monday, 2 January.
