COLWYN BAY Ladies gained a super 6-1 away win in their top of the table battle in the North Wales Women’s Recreational League, inflicting a first defeat of the season on Conwy Borough Ladies and retaining their own unbeaten record to consolidate their position at the top of the table.
Sammi O’Carroll scored a hat-trick and the other Bay goals came from Rachel Marland, Anna Jones and an own goal by the Conwy keeper.
Conwy got a consolation goal through skipper Carly Andrews.
