COLWYN BAY will be at home to Cymru Premier side Flint Town United in the second round of the Nathaniel MG Cup.

The game will be played on Tuesday August 9th (7:45pm kick off).

“Flint is going to be a tough test,” Bay manager Steve Evans said.“We played them last weekend so we have an idea of their strengths and weaknesses, as they will with us.

“These are the opposition teams we want to be playing week in week out so it will give us an indication of where we are at.

“We’ll be looking to put a performance together that will get us into the hat for next round and also put out a performance for the Seagulls fans as it will be the first competitive home game of the season.”

The game will be club’s first ever home game in the competition and the first time the Bay will feature in the second round.

Steve Evans’ side completed their pre-season fixtures with a 3-1 win over Flint at the 4 Crosses Arena last Saturday.
