ADAM DAVIES scored twice in an in-house friendly at the Blue Turtle Arena to take his pre-season goals tally to an impressive five in six games.
Adam’ s double helped his team to a 3-0 win against another side made up of Colwyn Bay players, with Nathan Peate getting the other goal.
The hastily arranged game replaced the scheduled friendly against a Wrexham FC X1 after the Racecourse club pulled out of the fixture at the last minute due to “internal issues”. They expressed their apologies to Colwyn Bay and all supporters for this decision.
Colwyn Bay’s next friendly is against Mold Alex on Tuesday (July 21st, 7:30pm kick-off).
