Forward Matty Hill is the latest player to join the Seagulls.
Matty joins from Ruthin Town, where he scored 12 goals in 25 games last season including the winner against the Bay at the Four Crosses Arena in the JD Cymru North in July 2021.
The 21-year-old was shortlisted for the JD Cymru North young player of the season, an award won by his fellow new Bay signing Dylan Allshorn.
He was also recently in the Cymru North squad which beat the Cymru South to qualify for the Uefa Regions Cup.
Matty said:
“I’m excited to be a part of the journey with this club next season.
“The standards this club has are top level and I feel with the players and staff that we have we shouldn’t expect anything else but a top place finish!”
Bay manager Steve Evans said:
“Matty joins the Bay having had a fantastic season with Ruthin Town.
“He’s a strong athletic forward who can link the play, create & score goals.
“I see lots of potential in Matty. He showed last season what a good player he is, although I believe we haven’t seen the best of him yet.
“He has the skill set but most importantly he has the desire to work hard for the team. It’s a good combination to have.
“I’m looking forward to working with Matty and helping him develop to reach his potential.
“Welcome to the Bay Matty!”
