NEW chairman Neil Coverley has made his first appointment by adding Brian Madden to the board of Directors at Colwyn Bay Football Club. Brian, who runs the junior section of the football club and lives in Old Colwyn, has been instrumental in the raising of standards of the junior programme within the club.
The chairman commented: “I’ve been forging a closer working relationship with Brian over the past couple of years and his personal standards and attention to detail will certainly assist us at board level and future progress of this football club. I am delighted Brian accepted the offer.
