We are delighted to announce that Macsen Rhys-Williams has signed a new two-year deal with the Seagulls
As part of his development, Macsen will spend the 2022/23 season on loan with Conwy Borough to gain valuable experience at Cymru North level.
Stuart Howson is a well respected coach and we fully trust him with a player we have high hopes for.
A product of the club’s academy, Macsen made his debut as a substitute in the win at Llangefni last season.
Bay manager Steve Evans said: “It’s a great opportunity for Macsen to go out on loan at his age.
“He showed last season he’s ready to step up from the u19s and play first team football.
“Having the chance to go and play at tier 2 is going to be great for his development.
“He’s been with the first team since I came in, scoring on his first appearance for me. You could see then how much playing means to Him.
“He has a great work ethic and the ability to continue to develop.
“He is showing all our academy and scholar players that the pathway is there if they continue to work hard.
