Matty joined the Bay from Ruthin Town in 2022 and was top scorer last season with 17 goals from 34 appearances.
He was shortlisted for the JD Cymru North young player of the season award and was in the Cymru North North squad which beat the Cymru South to qualify to represent Wales in the UEFA Regions Cup.
