Sam Hart (Defender/Midfielder): Sam joined the Bay in the summer of 2022 and in his first
two seasons made a total of 61 appearances, scoring 9 goals. Sam started his football career
as a youngster at Preston North End and has also had spells with Airbus and Bangor City. He
initially signed for the Bay from Airbus in 2019, but never got to play due to the Covid-19
pandemic shut-down and moved on to Flint Town United who he helped reach the JD Cymru Premier play-off final.
He was voted Supporters Player of the Season in the Bay’s
Cymru North title winning season of 2022/23 and was appointed captain at the start of this
