SOL FORDE (defender): Sol joined the Bay from Flint Town United, who he helped win promotion to the Cymru Premier in 2023/24, when he was named in the Cymru League’s Team of the Season.
The locally based defender played as a junior for Penrhyn Bay and Llandudno Junction and was at Llandudno and Chester Academies – being named Player of the Year at the Chester Academy in 2023.
He made 34 appearances for the Bay in last season’s title winning campaign, scoring five goals.
