THE Club has been saddened to learn of the death of former committee member Seigfried ‘Siggy’ Fergusson.
Siggy joined the committee during the 1990/91 season and he played a prominent role along with others in getting Llanelian Road up to standard to enable promotion to the Northern Premier League.
When Bay were forced into exile in 1992, Siggy became involved with the committee of the newly formed Colwyn Bay YMCA, which was founded to ensure football continued at Llanelian Road.
Siggy was also well known locally as owner of Richmond Garage in Colwyn Bay.
