COLWYN BAY came from a goal down to win 3-2 away to Newtown in the FAW National Academy Development League North (U19s)

The home side took the lead at Latham Park through Adel Nuhu after 34 minutes, but goals either side of half-time helped turn the game around.

Leo Brooks equalised in added time at the end of the first half and skipper Ben Hoban put Colwyn Bay in front on 51 minutes, while Dafi Rowlands (who like Ben hass figured in the first team matchday squad this season) had an assist in both goals.

Josh Jones then added a third goal on 79 minutes, with an assist from Luca Moran, and although Patrick Searle pulled a goal back from the penalty spot six minutes from the end of normal time, the young Seagulls held on to take the points.
