COLWYN BAY extended their unbeaten run to six games with three late goals in a 3-0 away win at Prestatyn Town.

After a goalless 74 minutes the Bay, showing a number of changes from the side that beat Connah’s Quay the previous week, finally broke the deadlock through defender Lewis Sirrell.

Top scorer James Kirby then added two goals in the 84th and 90th minutes to take his season’s tally to 19 – 10 of those in the last six games.

It was also the third time in the last five games that Steve Evans’ side has kept a clean sheet.

The Bay stay two points behind third-placed Guilsfield who ended their winless run with a 3-1 victory at Conwy Borough and have a game in hand.
