Mike Wilde (Manager): Mike was appointed Bay manager in May 2024, his first managerial
role after a distinguished playing career in the Cymru Premier with The New Saints, Flint
Town United and Connah’s Quay Nomads. He is the Cymru Premier’s third highest top
goal scorer of all time with 235 goals and has won nine Cymru Premier titles, the Welsh Cup six
times and the League Cup on five occasions. He was Cymru Premier Player of the Season in
2012/13 and 2020/21.
Mike originally joined TNS in 2002 from Poulton Victoria before
moving to Fleetwood Town in 2009 before spells with Halifax Town and Chester. He
returned to TNS in the summer of 2012, where he remained until 2016 when he switched to
Connah’s Quay Nomads. He spent the 2021/22 season with Flint Town United before
returning to Nomads, with his last appearance for the club coming in their Welsh Cup final
