COLWYN Bay’s Dylan Allshorn scored a late winner as Tîm Rhanbarthol Cymru beat Northern Ireland’s Eastern Region at Larne in the opening game of the #UEFARegionsCup.
Barry McKervey gave the hosts a ninth minute lead from the penalty spot but goals from goals from Llangefni’s Cai Powell Roberts and Chris Cathrall of Guilsfield put the Welsh side in front
McKervey scored his second to bring the home side level but Allshorn scored the winner with three minutes left.
Sam Downey captained the side which also included Jamie Cumming and Matty Hill.
Cymru face Zlin of the Czech Republic on Thursday before facing Swedish representatives Gothenburg on Sunday.
