BAY manager Steve Evans expects a tough test at Prestatyn Town in the JD Cymru North on Friday evening.

James Kirby scored a late penalty to secure a 2-1 win in the home game but Prestatyn gave the Bay plenty of problems that day.

“They gave us a very tough task (at home) especially in the second half so we know it’s going to be tough,” Steve said.

Prestatyn suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat at Ruthin Town on Monday having won three consecutive league games.

Chris Jones’ team have lost just twice at Bastion Gardens in the league this season.

“I’ve been there numerous times as a player and as a coach and it’s a really difficult place to go,” Steve said.

“But we’ll prepare right and we’ll be ready.”

Bay have signed goalkeeper Mike Jones since Monday’s 6-0  win over Guilsfield which saw the Seagulls maintain a six point lead at the top of the table.
