THE Supporters Committee presented a cheque for £3,000 to the club before the recent game against Bangor 1876 to remember our dear friend and loyal supporter, David Glynny Jones.
The Supporters Committee Appeal to remember Glynny by having his name sponsored on this season’s track and training tops received an incredible response hitting the £3,000 target in matter of days.
At the close of the Appeal the final total raised was £4570.43 (after processing cost) with the remainder of the fund donated to St David’s Hospice who cared for Glynny in his final days.
Glynny’s wife Ange presented the cheque along with Mark Jones from the Supporters Committee to club director David Titchiner.
