COLWYN BAY FC Academy director Matt Sampson is delighted to announce an exciting partnership with The Football Lab to be our Technical Programme partner throughout the lockdown period. “The online zoom sessions will align us even further as an Academy and will work alongside the already excellent work and contact all of our coaches are currently doing,” says Matt. “We will be working with Tom Allman, A Licence coach with The Football Lab. “The sessions will start this Wednesday, 27th January, and more information will be given to each age group shortly.”
Tom Allman commented: “I am really looking forward to starting the weekly zoom session with Colwyn Bay Academy. Having coached 121 sessions with a number of Colwyn Bay academy players in the past, I’m looking forward to working with both the Foundation and Youth phases.
“Session will be based on high intensity ball mastery workouts.”
