COLWYN BAY’S Development squad bagged an excellent 2-0 win over Caernarfon Town in the FAW National Academy Development League North at Eirias Park.
Riley Foster put the Seagulls in front after 14 minutes, with an assist from Matthew Fraser, and Josh Jones sealed victory with a 39th minute penalty.
There were no furthher goals in the second half, but Colwyn Bay kept a clean sheet to put the icing on a very good win aided by keeper Charlie Bubb and Dafi Rowlands, who were both in the first team match squad for Friday’s 5-2 win over Barry Town United.
